- Day 1–2: 25% DatGud + 75% old food
- Day 3–4: 50% DatGud + 50% old food
- Day 5–6: 75% DatGud + 25% old food
- Day 7: 100% DatGud
This prevents digestive upset and helps your pet adjust smoothly.

What should I do if my pet refuses to eat Datgud food?
If your pet is a picky eater, try adding a little warm water to the kibble to release the natural aromas. If they still won't eat it after a proper 7-day transition, Datgud offers a 10-day satisfaction guarantee where we can help with a replacement or refund.

How long does DatGud dry food stay fresh after opening?
Once the bag is open, the food is best consumed within 3 to 4 weeks. To maintain the crunch and flavor, always seal the built-in zip-lock tightly or store the food in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Unopened bags have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture. Our 3-layer packaging protects the ingredients from light and moisture to ensure the food stays safe and nutritious until the expiry date.

What if my pet doesn't like the specific ingredients in DatGud?
While we use a 95% palatability formula, every pet has different tastes. If your pet refuses the food after a 7-day transition, contact us at petcare@growelfeeds.com within 10 days of purchase. We offer a satisfaction guarantee that includes replacement or refund options.

What should I do if the food looks or smells different?
Because we use natural ingredients like Marine Fish and Krill, the aroma may be stronger than "cereal-heavy" brands. This is normal! However, if the packaging is damaged or you feel the quality is off, send us a photo and your Order ID, and we will replace it for free.
